This year's Finnish Games Week is hosting the official Steam event where we wish to present and highlight as many amazing games made by the Finnish developers throughout the years!
The event will last throughout Finnish Games Week 2025, Oct 6-10, featuring streams, discounts and a variety of promotions for your launched or upcoming games.

Why to participate?

Finnish Games Week has been organized by W Love Games with IGDA Finland, Steel Media and Finnish Game Developers’ Association, strengthening the national and international partnerships and business opportunities for Finnish developers and creatives alike.

This is the first ever official Steam event featuring games from Finland and we aim to make it a big one! What will you get:

regional and global audiences will discover your game through curated categories
live streams and developer content will be running 24/7, which will be streamed also on Twitch throughout FGW and especially W Love Games conference on 9-10 October

Numbers do not lie - these type of events bring:

+20K to +100K+ unique visitors to event hubs
+5K to +30K wishlists per game, depending on visibility and offering
2x–10x more traffic compared to regular promotion

How to participate?
To get your game published or upcoming game(s) included, please fill in the form and provide the needed information for the Steam review. We offer the opportunity for developers to:

present their upcoming game and help with the increase of wishlists
if your game is already published on Steam you can offer a discount during the FGW25 event but it is not mandatory nor required (we respect the limitations on the discount periods by Steam)
if you wish to prepare own gameplay videos with streamers or publishers you collaborate with, we can feature them in the page along with other streams, please be in touch with the main organizer (Natasha Skult, natasha@wlovegames.org) for more details
by the end of August you will receive the Media Kit with all the graphics and details of the event that you can use freely for own promotion
